Push to many locations
For sending the same thing to many locations at once: a ticker line, a picture or video, an emergency alert, or the brand color and logo. To change one location, use Open admin on the Dashboard instead. Pushed items show at the chosen locations within a minute or so; each location can turn a pushed line or picture off.

Brand
The accent color and logo, the same at every chosen location.
Organizations
A business with one or more locations, like a hotel group or a restaurant chain.
Locations
Each location's signage server joins the hub with a one-time pairing code made here.
Program updates
Update this hub's program first, then make a release from it. A release goes to the locations in the pilot group first; when they're fine, send it to everyone. Each location server checks the new program before switching to it, then its displays follow. Stopping a release sends locations back to the one before.

Backups
A backup holds everything the hub needs to come back on a new server: accounts, organizations, locations and their pairing, pushed pictures and videos, and program releases. One is made every night and the last 14 are kept on the server. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere safe, away from the server. Keep it private: it holds the hub's key.
Offline alerts
An email goes out when a location server or a display stops checking in, and again when it's back.
Accounts
Who can sign in to the hub. Owners and admins see every location and manage the hub. A client sees only the locations chosen for it, and still signs in to each location's admin with that location's own password.
